Direct Counsel, LLC is seeking an Associate for a leading global law firm to join their esteemed Corporate Finance team in New York. Candidate should have private credit and syndicated debt finance experience at peer firm with at least some exposure to private equity acquisition finance, liability management or special situations finance. Representation of borrowers or lenders, or both, is welcome. Class of 2017 – 2022.

Compensation :

The annual compensation range for this position is between $$260,000 to $435,000 , contingent upon qualifications and operational considerations.
