What You'll Do

• Accurately apply daily cash receipts
• Monitor accounts and coordinate payment resolutions
• Partner with customers and internal teams to solve collection issues
• Help reduce delinquency and improve cash flow
• Resolve invoice disputes with professionalism
• Escalate and follow up to keep processes on track
• Support special projects and cross-team initiatives

What You Bring

High school diploma or GED 13 years' experience in collections, cash application, or call center Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong understanding of accounting basics Organized, detail-driven, and a natural problem-solver Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) Great Plains & Salesforce a plus
