Job Description :
We are seeking an experienced HR Project Manager / Workstream Lead to support the launch of a new state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. This role will lead the HR workstream, overseeing workforce planning, talent acquisition, policy development, compliance, culture-building, and HR systems setup.
Responsibilities :
- Lead HR project plan and serve as HR liaison for the plant launch.
- Define staffing models, hiring timelines, and support leadership hiring.
- Develop HR policies aligned with labor laws and corporate standards.
- Drive culture, change management, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure readiness of HRIS, payroll, benefits, and training systems.
