We're growing! Join our Meta Lab Retail team at 697 5th Avenue in New York City as we bring Ray-Ban AI Glasses and Meta Quest mixed reality to life. As the Training Lead, you'll be responsible for ensuring our Experience Expert team is properly trained. These Experience Experts will provide a white glove experience to consumers and will be experts in Meta's MR & Wearable hardware. You will be responsible for the team's management of the learning track in our LMS platform Engage Center, as well as lead by example on the sales floor on how to provide white-glove service.

This is a full-time seasonal position running through the end of February 2026 with the potential to become permanent. Paid training will take place the week of October 27th, and the store is scheduled to open on November 13th. You must have full availability for training.

Minimum Pay

USD $30.00 / Hr.

Maximum Pay

USD $33.00 / Hr.

The pay range for this position is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, education, skills, internal equity, and market data. Final compensation will be determined during the interview process and may vary based on individual qualifications and business needs. All compensation will comply with applicable federal, state, and local minimum wage laws and regulations.
