Desktop Support Technician

Contract to Hire

Onsite M-F in Baltimore MD

Skills :

• Configure and deploy computers using tools such as Jamf Pro, MECM, and Ansible
• Provide technical support to staff and partners both in-person, telephone, and through other collaboration tools.
• Install, configure, troubleshoot and repair computers, peripherals, printers, VOIP phones, software, and other equipment.
• Assist with office moves for new and existing employees.
• Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting of A / V equipment and conference rooms, including resolving technical problems and assisting staff and partners with connecting to A / V systems .
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
