A company is looking for a Workday Project Manager - HCM Implementation (Payroll Focused).
Key Responsibilities
Lead the Workday Payroll and HCM implementation across multiple independent business units
Collaborate with HR, IT, Finance, and local business leaders to align project priorities with unique needs
Manage project plans, dependencies, and risks while facilitating transparent updates and issue resolution
Qualifications
8+ years of project management experience, with 3-5 years in Workday Payroll or HCM implementations
Strong understanding of Workday Payroll, Core HCM, Absence, and Time Tracking
Proven ability to lead through influence in decentralized organizations
Experience with global or multi-entity payroll integrations
PMP or Workday certification preferred but not required
