Position Summary :
We are seeking an enthusiastic and versatile Content & Social Media Marketing Associate to join our dynamic team. This entry-level position is perfect for a creative and organized individual eager to dive into the world of content creation, social media marketing, and project management.
Working closely with our strategists and creative team, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing content that captivates our audience and drives engagement across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in the production and editing of video content using AI tools (e.g., Descript), ensuring content is engaging, informative, and aligned with our brand's voice.
- Collaborate with content strategists and conduct interviews to create compelling video clips and written content.
- Work with our design team to create eye-catching images, thumbnails, and other visual assets for social media posts and marketing campaigns.
- Contribute to copywriting efforts using established frameworks to craft messages that resonate with our target audience and support content strategy goals.
- Manage content calendars, schedule posts, and assist in monitoring social media channels to optimize engagement and audience interaction.
- Participate in project management tasks, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope, facilitating communication between team members and stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in content marketing, social media, and digital technologies to suggest improvements and innovative approaches.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Strong interest in content creation, social media, and digital marketing, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
- Basic experience with video editing software and tools, particularly AI-powered platforms like Descript, Canva, Opus Clips etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to produce clear, compelling copy.
- Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinker with a problem-solving attitude and a collaborative spirit.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and analytics tools is a plus.
