Equal Employment Specialist
Summary
This position is located in the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Office of the Deputy Administrator / EEO Office / Special Emphasis & Diversity Unit.
This position primary purpose is to serve as the manager for an assigned Special Emphasis Program.

As a your typical work assignments may include :
- Directing all DEA Special Emphasis activities for assigned program.
- Coordinating logistical arrangements for and preparation of all required reports for monitoring and advisory committees
established by court order.
- Developing and monitoring action plans related to the implementation of these program requirements.
- Addressing complex equal opportunity problems or issues that are new, highly controversial, or precedent setting
in nature.
