We are seeking an Insurance Customer Service / Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in serving clients, supporting sales efforts, and ensuring seamless policy management. With hands-on training, guidance from experienced team members, and a positive work culture, this is an excellent opportunity to build a rewarding career in the insurance industry.

  • Base pay of $24 to $28 per hour, depending on experience

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and assist clients with policy changes and inquiries
  • Support sales efforts by processing new policies and updates
  • Handle customer service needs with professionalism and care
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM to track activities and follow-ups
  • Contribute to a positive and productive office environment
  • Requirements

  • Property and Casualty license preferred (must be obtained if not already licensed)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks
  • A team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support colleagues
