How You Impact Our Vision
As a Procurement Manager focused on Travel, Events, and Expense Management, you will own and execute procurement programs for travel, events, swag, and related indirect categories as well as the Global Travel & Expense (T&E) Policy and program.
Key Responsibilities :
- Build and maintain close relationships with the Executive Assistants (EAs) and other stakeholders.
- Design and deliver comprehensive training on tools, processes, and programs.
- Collaborate with the Treasury Team on the Corporate Card program.
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process for travel, events, and swag, from sourcing and RFPs to supplier off-boarding.
- Review and process purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and supplier onboarding / maintenance requests in Coupa and related systems.
- Act as the primary point of contact for our travel management company and swag suppliers, owning these supplier relationships.
- Coordinate with Legal, InfoSec, and business stakeholders on supplier agreements (DPA, MSA, SOW) to reduce risk and liability.
- Negotiate commercial contract terms, including pricing, payment terms, and service levels.
- Set up and manage group travel and accommodation rates for events; support event planning and execution in partnership with facilities and business teams.
- Develop and implement category strategies to reduce costs and improve quality in travel, events, and swag.
- Track and report on procurement KPIs, cost savings, and avoidance; support supplier quarterly business reviews and scorecards.
- Own and drive continuous improvement of procurement policies and procedures, especially for travel and expense management.
About You
Hands-on experience with procurement, especially in travel, events, and swag categories.Strong understanding of commercial contract terms and supplier management best practices.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and manage multiple priorities.Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills; able to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships.Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate results and drive process improvements.Team-oriented, organized, and proactive in escalating issues when needed.Minimum Qualifications
4+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or finance organizations, with a focus on T&E programs.Experience with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Online Booking Tool (OBT) systems such as Coupa and Egencia.Experience with supplier contracts, contract management, and supplier relationship management.Demonstrated success working cross-functionally and supporting business stakeholders.Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field, or equivalent experience.Experience developing RFPs, contract templates, and procurement playbooks.Proficiency in G-Suite, MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and procurement analytics tools.PagerDuty is a flexible, hybrid workplace. The base salary range for this position is 114,000 - 191,000 USD. This role may also be eligible for bonus, commission, equity, and / or benefits.
Our base salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range, which is subject to change based on primary work location, reflects the minimum and maximum base salary we expect to pay newly hired employees for the position. Within the range, we determine pay for an individual based on a number of factors including market location, job-related knowledge, skills / competencies and experience.
