Responsibilities and Skills :
- Responsible for hardware and software upgrades and troubleshooting.
- Troubleshoot Software and Hardware Issues with Remote users.
- Perform installs, moves, adds and changes.
- Hardware, software, and networking troubleshooting and repair.
- Diagnosing and repairing Windows desktop and laptop.
- Break Fix – Component level PC peripherals repair and troubleshooting.
- Testing systems to make sure that they are working properly.
- Basic TCP / IP Skills. Network Topography proficient.
- Educated many new users of comp u term systems and software.
- Repaired software and hardware computer and net issues.
- Assist the existing onsite support team with hardware break-fix, asset management, receiving, and imaging activities at a client site.
