Investor Relations Specialist

A company is looking for an Investor Relations Specialist to support engagement with the investment community.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in maintaining relationships with institutional investors and analysts while preparing responses to inquiries

Conduct financial and market analysis to provide insights for messaging and management discussions

Support the preparation of earnings materials and coordinate logistics for investor events

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field

5+ years of relevant experience in investor relations, corporate finance, or equity research

Strong analytical skills for interpreting financial data and market trends

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with IR tools preferred

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
