Position Summary
This position blends sales, service, and systems thinkingideal for someone who can work independently, solve problems quickly, and communicate with warmth and confidence.
Customer Communication & Sales
Serve as the primary contact for customers via phone, email, and chat.Provide clear, professional, and empathetic communication.Identify customer needs and recommend products or solutions.Upsell or cross-sell when appropriate, ensuring satisfaction always comes first.Build long-term customer relationships through consistent follow-up.Order Processing & ERP Coordination
Manage and process orders accuratelyCollaborate with Accounting, Warehouse, and Management for smooth fulfillment.Maintain accurate documentation and improve office procedures.Support internal communication between customer service and operations.Process & Workflow Improvements
Map and refine office workflows to improve efficiency and clarity.Document and suggest process improvements to leadership.Help bring order and structure to day-to-day office operations.Performance Goals
Deliver exceptional customer service that reflects Craftparts values.Meet or exceed sales and response-time targets.Maintain accurate, timely order processing.Contribute to measurable improvements in office efficiency.Skills & Qualifications
2+ years of experience in customer service, inside sales, or operations.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Familiarity with ERP / CRM systems (Acumatica preferred).Highly organized, dependable, and self-managed. Key Responsibilities

Youll manage daily customer interactions through Gorgias, process and improve orders in Acumatica & Shopify, and help shape better workflows that make the business run smoothly.
