STS Aviation Services is seeking qualified Avionics Lead technicians to join our overhaul and repair station in Melbourne, FL. These are full-time positions, primarily working on Airbus A320 and CRJ aircraft.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years experience as an Avionics Technician maintaining commercial and / or large regional aircraft. Military experience is acceptable.
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Lead Avionics Technician or Supervisor.
- Valid A&P license required.
- Willing to work any shift and schedule as required.
- Ability to obtain an airport license.
Additional Considerations
Valid Driver License.No limited work restrictions from medical care.Ability to pass background check and obtain necessary badging.Ability to ascend / descend ladders, stairs, and work stands unassisted.Ability to bend, kneel, crawl, and stoop frequently in confined spaces.Lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.Willing to work in environments with changing climate and moderate noise.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Good judgment, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Ability to read and understand manuals.Authorization
