Civita Care Center Milford, a senior living facility, is seeking a reliable and compassionate CNA Driver to safely transport our residents to and from appointments, outings, and facility activities. This role is primarily focused on transportation, with CNA certification required to ensure residents receive safe assistance when entering/exiting vehicles and during transit.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate facility vehicles to transport residents to medical appointments, social outings, and community events.

• Assist residents with entering and exiting vehicles, ensuring comfort and safety.

• Provide basic support in line with CNA training when needed (e.g., transfers, mobility assistance).

• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and cleanliness.

• Follow all traffic laws, safety guidelines, and facility protocols.

• Communicate respectfully and courteously with residents, families, and staff.

Qualifications:

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Connecticut.

• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record

• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.

• Experience driving residents or patients in a healthcare, senior living, or similar setting preferred.

• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to resident safety and dignity.
