Dayton, OH - Hospitalist Private Practice Opportunity
About the Position :
- Private Practice : Thriving private practice and the sole hospitalist group for a 115-bed hospital with a metro population of about 850K
- Flexible Schedule Options : Can be Monday-Friday with 12 weeks off per year or standard hospitalist schedule of seven days on / seven days off;
average census of 15 patients per day
- Compensation : $275k base compensation + $20k annual retention bonus + $20k signing bonus
- Optional Income : Night call (phone only) paid at $300 / night
- Partnership Option : after 2-3 years with the ability to own shares in the practice, real estate, and other investments of the group (buy-in is a no-interest loan from the group itself)
