Overview
As a Sales Advisor, you'll provide excellent customer service, welcome and guide customers through the store to actively sell products, and offer support and guidance. You fashion and product knowledge to inform customers for the best experience. You will also be involved in garment refill & care, presentation, and keep the sales floor and back of house clean, working with the store team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service : welcome and guide customers through the store, supporting them with direct service and the omni-channel experience where available
- Engage with customers to deliver exceptional service and promote products
- Guide customers through fashion trends, stories, and products across all store areas
- Effectively promote and sell products; actively promote the Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in-store sustainability initiatives
- Represent the H0M brand positively in all customer interactions
- Support commercial or operational actions to help reach sales targets with store management
Fashion & Trend Awareness
Stay up-to-date with fashion trends, styles, brands, products, competitors, and relevant influencersUse product and fashion knowledge to share relevant information with customersTeam & Development
Share service, fashion, and store-operations knowledge with colleaguesFollow procedures, routines, and legal requirements in all areas of the storeGive and receive feedback to learn, develop, and support each otherParticipate in onboarding, introductions, trainings, and relevant development opportunities for the roleRetail Operations / Visual & Commercial Execution
Manage garment cycles from unpacking and refilling to steaming and garment careOperate fitting rooms and checkout areas following best practices and processesContribute to a clean, tidy sales floor and back of house (stockrooms)Maintain attractive merchandise displays and follow visual & commercial guidelinesEnsure stock levels with replenishment routines on the sales floorFollow in-store omni-service and tech tools (Instore Care App, Click & Collect, Smart Store, etc.)Assist with opening and closing of the storeAdhere to health & safety guidelines and legal requirementsQualifications
