Corporate Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Manager

Are you ready to make a company-wide impact? We're seeking a Corporate EHS Manager to lead and oversee company-wide environmental, health, and safety programs. This strategic, high-visibility role is responsible for ensuring a safe, compliant, and sustainable workplace everywhere we operate.

What You'll Do :

• Develop and implement EHS policies, procedures, and systems, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and organizational goals.
• Lead initiatives to reduce environmental impact and prevent workplace injuries and illnesses.
• Monitor compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, and other regulations company-wide; conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
• Serve as the primary liaison with regulatory agencies.
• Design and deliver engaging EHS training programs for employees, contractors, and management.
• Promote EHS awareness and best practices through communication campaigns, meetings, and site visits throughout the organization.
• Investigate incidents and near-misses, ensuring root cause analysis and corrective actions are implemented company wide.
• Drive sustainability efforts, including waste reduction, energy efficiency, and resource conservation, across all company operations.
• Collaborate with HR, Operations, Engineering, and other teams to integrate EHS into business processes at every location.
