Wieland is hiring a General Mill Hand / General Labor Pool- Class C . The General Mill Hand / General Labor Pool- Class C will be responsible for Processing products which meet or exceed customer specifications at an acceptable productivity level. With safety at the forefront, the training for this position is expected to last 8 weeks. After 8 weeks of training at either slitting line, the employee must complete High Risk Training to graduate to "A Rate" General Labor Pool and start to earn the bonus. This role is located in Heyco Reading, PA and will be fully on-site.

Start strong : 8 weeks of paid training on first shift at $18.36 / hour

• Boost your pay : After training, enter the bonus pool, earning $4.00+ more per hour
• Grow with us : Attendance-based increases at 5 and 8 months
• Earn more : In 8 months, many employees reach up to $26.50 / hour + shift differentials
• Shift options : 2nd shift 3 : 00 pm - 11 : 00 pm (+$1.75 / hr) or 3rd shift 11 : 00 pm - 7 : 00 am (+$1.25 / hr)
