About the Role :

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a detail-driven Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our client's team near Mundelein, Illinois. This is a fully on-site position where your expertise in AR will help drive accuracy, timeliness, and customer satisfaction. What You'll Do :

• Manage the full-cycle accounts receivable process, including invoicing, payment posting, and collections
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies with professionalism and urgency
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure billing accuracy and timely resolution of issues
• Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with company policies
• Utilize ERP systems to manage transactions and reporting (experience with systems like SAP, NetSuite, or similar is a plus)
