- Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 am - 4 : 30 pm

Receive and process patient health information requests in line with company policies.Maintain confidentiality and security of all sensitive data.Stay informed about company and facility software.Contribute to a positive work environment by communicating issues to your manager.Assist with additional tasks as needed to support team success.Apply medical privacy regulations to prevent unauthorized access to information.Manage and safeguard medical records in compliance with HIPAA standards.Prepare new patient charts by gathering essential documents and data.Assemble medical records accurately and completely.Create digital images of paperwork for electronic medical records.Respond to patient records requests both within the facility and from external sources.Answer inbound and outbound calls professionally.Assist with patient walk-ins and administrative duties like handling faxes and data entry.Meet productivity goals as outlined by management.May schedule pick-ups and perform other assigned duties.What You Bring :
High School Diploma or GED.Able to commute between locations as required.Willingness to work overtime during peak times.Basic computer skills.Competence in using standard office equipment.Professional communication skills in both verbal and written English.Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality, accurate medical information.Strong data entry capabilities.Independently manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Bonus Qualifications :
