We’re seeking a Commissary / Culinary Operations Director to join a rapidly growing food organization in Orlando. This is a hands-on leadership role working directly with production teams, vendors, and customers to develop, scale, and deliver high-quality products. What You’ll Do

✅ Lead product development from kitchen to large-scale commercial production

✅ Manage recipes, packaging, guides, and step-by-step procedures for new items

✅ Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to forecast, analyze, and plan seasonal launches

✅ Balance time between strategic planning (25%) and hands-on kitchen leadership (75%)

✅ Run weekly meetings, set your own agenda, and ensure priorities are executed

✅ Partner with customers during strategy sessions and serve as the friendly, professional face of the team

What We’re Looking For

Culinary operations leader with big brand or large facility experience

Strong project management and organizational skills

Tech-savvy : Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP / D365 proficiency

Tenure and track record of success (not an owner / consultant background)

Experience in private brand / private label development a plus

Entrepreneurial spirit with limited training needed – self-starter who executes at a high level
