As a Guest Service Associate at European Wax Center at South Lamar, you’ll use your expertise to ensure every moment is an opportunity for confidence! We seek a special person who can lead with care and integrity, is committed to delighting our guests and—of course—having fun while being awesome!

We're Looking For:

• Must have flexibility to meet shift requirements, be able to work flexible days/hours, including weekends.
• Sales experience with a consistent track record of achieving sales goals.
• A big smile and a positive attitude!!
• Growth-minded and open to learning.
• Attention to detail; follow proven systems and policies.
• Ability to problem solve and work through issues.
• Prioritizes guest service and satisfaction.
• Ability to receive constructive feedback from team and management.
• A positive, friendly, upbeat, and personable demeanor.
• An ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Full understanding of the EWC values, vision, and strategy.

Typical Total Compensation:

• Total Compensation = Base Hourly Rate + Uncapped Commission Opportunity + Pay Period Bonus Opportunity + Monthly Bonus Opportunity
• During Promotional Months for Wax Passes (4 Months of the Year): $22-$35 Total Average Hourly Rate
• During Non-Promotional Months for Wax Passes (8 Months of the Year): $16-$24 Total Average Hourly Rate

Schedule:

• Morning Shift: 8:30AM - 3:00PM
• Evening Shift: 2:30PM - 9:30PM
• Weekend Shift: 8:30AM - 6:30PM
