Position Wage: $21.00/hr. $24.00/hr. (Depending on Experience - DOE)
Schedule: Part-time, Thursday–Sunday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM. Weekend and holiday availability is required.
Location: McKnight Place Extended Care- 2 McKnight Place, St. Louis, MO 63124.
Core Responsibilities:
This role requires a proactive approach to building maintenance and resident service, including:
Performing scheduled and emergency property repairs, encompassing carpentry, plumbing, painting, and minor HVAC maintenance.
Conducting routine preventive maintenance on resident rooms, common areas, and exterior grounds.
Assisting with efficient apartment turnover and preparing units for new residents.
Ensuring compliance with all safety protocols and facility standards.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
2–5 years of professional maintenance technician or relevant facility maintenance experience.
Proven ability to work independently, manage a daily task list, and prioritize emergency calls.
Physical capacity to lift up to 75 lbs., and perform tasks requiring bending, climbing, and standing for extended periods.
