Field Service Manager

Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily operations and team leadership at assigned service centers.
• Ensure achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for assigned service centers.
• Develop and execute action plans to address KPI opportunities and provide timely coaching to team members as needed.
• Set and communicate the weekly itinerary for assigned service centers, including work, holiday, and vacation schedules to ensure proper coverage for customer service and satisfaction.
• Monitor service orders daily and follow up with appropriate personnel as needed.
• Perform routine vehicle checks, address issues, and provide timely coaching.
• Emphasize a safe working environment by conducting bi-weekly / monthly service and safety meetings and ensuring timely completion of monthly safety quizzes.
• Conduct routine inspections of service centers to ensure compliance with safety audit checklists.
• Regularly coach team members on vehicular camera events.
• Proactively solve problems for team members and customer accounts.
• Lead service technicians, RSRs, and warehouse drivers, providing timely coaching, development, and feedback.
• Write and deliver annual performance reviews for direct reports.
• Participate in ride-alongs with technicians and RSRs three to four days a week, providing on-the-spot coaching and documenting progress reports.
• Assist and train others on machine installations, exchanges, pulls, and equipment checkouts as needed.
• Audit, approve, and process team member timesheets daily, ensuring timely submission before payroll deadlines.
• Perform regular install surveys and audits as required.
• Monitor and adjust route schedules to ensure all scheduled route stops, including supply calls, are completed each week.
• Ensure assigned service centers are well-maintained, clean, and safe.
• Communicate with Dispatch to ensure prompt service and relay necessary information.
• Participate in meetings with sales team members and installers to coordinate equipment movement schedules.
• Maintain clear communication with the Field Operations Manager and respond promptly to requests and feedback.
• Perform other duties as assigned by operations leadership.

Qualifications :

• High School diploma or equivalent combination of education and related experience
• Must have 3-5 years of experience as a Service Technician or a similar role.
• Must have maintain a valid Driver's License.
