Job Summary:

Color Hospitality Group is hiring a Bartender/Barista who is passionate about creating great drinks and even better customer experiences. If you're personable, detail-oriented, and thrive in a lively environment, join our team!

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve espresso-based drinks, pour-over coffee, and cold brews using professional barista techniques.
  • Mix and serve alcoholic beverages with precision, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Interact with customers, take orders, and provide excellent customer service
  • Check customer IDs to ensure legal drinking age
  • Handle transactions and maintain accurate tabs
  • Maintain an organized and clean workspace for both bar and coffee stations.
  • Engage with guests and educate them about coffee selections, brewing methods, and cocktail options.
  • Monitor and manage bar and coffee inventory, ensuring supplies are adequately stocked.
  • Follow proper sanitation and safety protocols for handling beverages and food items.


Previous bartending experience required, Must meet legal age requirements for serving alcohol, Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills & Ability to stand for long periods * Basset Certification * Food Handler Certification * Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
