Front End Revenue Cycle Analyst

We are seeking a data-driven and process-oriented Front End Revenue Cycle Analyst to support registration and patient financial workflows within hospital operations. This role focuses on analyzing front-end electronic work queues and data within patient accounting platforms to identify variances, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities. The analyst will work closely with pre-registration, registration, and scheduling teams to ensure patient data is gathered and processed accurately and efficientlysupporting a seamless patient experience and downstream revenue cycle functions.

• Analyze and interpret data from electronic work queues related to pre-registration, registration, and scheduling processes
• Identify workflow variances, stoppages, and bottlenecks, and report findings to operational leadership
• Monitor data accuracy and timing throughout the registration process to ensure accounts are complete and ready for service
• Collaborate with registration and access teams to recommend process improvements and enhance workflow efficiency
• Provide performance reporting and insights to support operational decision-making and accountability
• Ensure completeness of front-end data to support accurate billing and collections downstream
