Senior Principal Marketing Consultant

A company is looking for a Senior Principal - Bank & Credit Union Marketing (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Drive revenue growth by expanding client relationships and acquiring new clients, exceeding annual revenue targets of $5M-$12M

Lead and mentor multi-disciplinary teams to ensure successful marketing strategy and transformation services

Serve as the expert lead on campaign strategy, ensuring successful implementation of marketing technology solutions and monitoring performance

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree in Marketing, Business, or related field strongly preferred

Minimum 15+ years of experience in management consulting, marketing consulting, or agency leadership roles

Demonstrated track record of success in financial services, specifically in retail banking and / or credit union sectors

Experience leading complex marketing transformation engagements for financial institutions

Partner, Managing Director, Principal, or Senior Manager level experience required
