Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB / GYN) Physician

StartDate : ASAP Available Shifts : Day 8;10;12;On Call Pay Rate : $209.52 - $226.80

This facility is seeking an Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB / GYN) Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity :

Schedule : Blended model : Daytime clinic + restricted call coverage; overnight home call.

Practice Setting : Inpatient, outpatient

Types of Cases : Standard Gynecology cases.

Credentialing Timeframe : 45-60 days

Certifications Required : Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support

(ACLS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program

(NRP), Fetal Monitoring, Advanced Life Support in Obstetrics (ALSO), Ultrasound Obstetrics and Gynecology focus, robotic surgery.

Licensure Required : Must be Board Certified, must have an active Oregon License, must have an Oregon Drug Enforcement Administration License (or DEA that is easily transferable)
