$18.50-19.50 / hr Plus an extra average of $2 in tips per hour and secret shopper bonuses.

Shift Leaders support the General Manager (GM) and Assistant General Manager (AGM) in effectively and efficiently managing a restaurant within the policies and guidelines of the company to ensure guest satisfaction, profit maximization, and high performing work teams.

Managers provide hands-on support of the employees and tasks of every position including cashier, lobby, prep, grill, fries, and opening and closing duties.

Qualifications

In order to maintain a Manager position / rate, you will be required to obtain a valid NYC food handlers certification. The classes and exam will be scheduled for you and paid for by the company. Failure to attend the classes and / or pass the exam will result in demotion / change in pay rate.
