We are currently seeking a qualified and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our reputable team in San Diego, California.
As an integral member of our healthcare organization, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality occupational therapy services to our diverse clientele.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess clients' functional abilities and limitations.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and client goals.
- Implement evidence-based interventions to promote independence and improve overall quality of life.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and other therapists, to ensure coordinated care.
- Document client progress accurately and maintain detailed records in compliance with regulatory standards.
Requirements :
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of California.
- Strong clinical skills and ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to professional growth and continuing education.
