Requirements / Responsibilities Restaurant Back of House Team Member - Cook, Kitchen Staff, Food Prep Requirements ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for applicants who exhibit the following qualities :

- Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
- Prepare, cook and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
- Keep up to date with current promotions and new products
- Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to the Kitchen Director
- Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training to include annual re-certification
- Always adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Be involved and contribute at team meetings
- Carry out instructions given by the leadership team and operator
- Protect the interest of the operatorRequirements
- Available to work a minimum of 30 hours per week
- Must have Saturday availabilityApplicants will also be expected to be able work on their feet for several hours at a time and lift potentially heavy objects when necessary.
