Requirements and responsibilities :

• Program, setup, and prove out CNC Lathes (Miyano)
• Minimum of ten (10) years experience operating CNC Lathes & Mills (REQUIRED)
• Minimum of five (5) years experience programming and setting up CNC Lathes & Mills (REQUIRED)
• Minimum of three (3) years experience programming and setting up Miyano CNC Lathes (REQUIRED)
• CAM experience is beneficial
• Excellent working knowledge of CNC programming (G & M codes, canned cycles, etc).
• Able to select, change, set, and touch off tools
• Strong ability to use measuring devices (calipers, micrometers, height gages, etc)
• Must be quality conscious
• Follow specific work, process, safety instructions and procedures
• Excellent problem-solving ability and attention to detail
• Good communication skills and team mentality
• Exhibit strong work ethic and attendance record
• Maintain organized / clean work area
• Physically able to perform duties of the job; able to lift 50#
