Manages Edwards AFB F-22 CTF Supply Chain & Logistics Services operations in support of meeting the DT flight test requirements and mission success.
Function as a point of contact for Supply questions and assist in resolutions.
Ensure not mission capable, supply (NMCS) rates support performance objectives. Report to Sustainment Supply & Logistics personnel on customer needs, such as training and process improvement, and assist with filling gaps in training for local personnel.
Ensure inventories are conducted and all research has been filed.
Communicates daily with Fort Worth SCM Item Managers to prioritize sparing requirements, reconcile inventory data, resolve material shortages, and provide provisioning data to support the F-22 CTF flight test and operational requirements.
Assist with the collection of supply & logistics data required for metrics reporting. Ensure material is processed promptly to avoid potential MICAPs and work stoppages.
Work with Sustainment Items Analysts to resolve local supply issues.
Serves as the LM liaison with contractor and government management personnel for the administration of supply chain and logistics management;
data analysis and trend reporting; optimize processes and methods to interpret results for sparing and support recommendations.
Track delivery of spares and repaired assets to Warehouse facilities or the field to satisfy customer requirements.
Support back shops (if applicable), acting as base warehouse inventory management, assisting with receiving, issuing, and turning in for repair or disposal.
Maintains spare parts databases and reports using contractor and government information systems, such as Gold ESP, ILSS, Maximo, SAP, and Norcomm.
Administers supply services systems data bases to forecast adequate sparing in support of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities, and ensuring F-22 CTF operational readiness to meet daily flight schedules.
Supports pre-phase kit inventory to support scheduled F-22 CTF aircraft modifications; review kit items and provides liaison with FTW Kit IPT for shortages and source documentation.
Serve as liaison between the Supply Warehouse and the Sustainment Modification Kit Management team for supply-related issues.
Work with base Warehouse personnel to integrate base / Government policies and procedures with LM Aero enterprise procedures.
Maintain flexible schedules to respond to priority customer requests required for mission support.
Functions as an advisor regarding tasks, projects, and operations. Becomes actively involved in daily operations only when required to meet critical schedules or resolve complex problems.
Review and approve asset transfer orders supporting DFC / LRIP sites. Ensures team fulfills material survey requirements as applicable, following the detailed instructions provided in each material survey request.
Interprets and executes policies and procedures that typically affect subordinate organizational, units. Recommends modifications to operating policies.
Coordinate with Sustainment Supply / QA / Maintenance personnel to help resolve supply-related support issues.
Ensures sustainment & logistics team works with FWT I.Ms to establish correct priorities with suppliers to expedite parts, and mission required deliveries are being delivered in a timely manner.
A level 4 employee Typically has 9 - 15 years of professional experience
Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

- Retail and Wholesale Supply Experience

- Performance Based Logistics (PBL) / working knowledge or executed PBL agreements

- Risk Management experience
- Budget and Schedule Management experience
