The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) is looking for an Action Officer for the Biological Technologies Office (BTO) to support the Office Director, Deputy Office Director, and Assistant Deputy Program Manager (ADPM). In this position, you will work on a high-performing, fast-paced team and perform tasks in a variety of areas, including liaising with key internal and external stakeholders, coordinating meetings, generating and consolidating briefing materials, and performing administrative tasks, as needed. You will maintain responsibility for internal and external points of contact, monitor and prioritize leadership calendars and correspondence, and track various action items and other suspense items and taskers. You will also offer expertise in preparing briefings and written materials for high-ranking audience members, including for congressional staffers and internal office directors. You Have :

• 3+ years of experience working in a professional environment
• Experience tracking technical deliverables and recording meeting minutes
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Outlook, Word, Teams, and SharePoint applications
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $62,000.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
