Senior Medical Education Specialist

Description

The Department ofOtolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery is seeking to hire a full time Sr. Medical Education Specialist. In this role you will serve as the program coordinator for educational programs or initiatives. You will partner with faculty in the operational and financial management of the programs and / or initiatives to ensure an optimal training environment for learners. This role oversees all aspects of the undergraduate, graduate, residency and fellowship education programs within Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery.

Responsibilities in this role include a wide range of programmatic activities including but not limited to :

• Designing, conducting, promoting, evaluating and supporting an education program(s) in compliance with organizational objectives and requirements.
• Supporting learners in areas such as curriculum, teaching and learning activities, scheduling, core competencies, assessment and evaluations.
• Coordinating all activities associated with ongoing administration of the education program(s) and / or initiative(s)

Pay Range : $70,900.00 - $145,200.00 annually
