The Communications Manager works under the direction of the Public Information and Philanthropy Officer and is responsible for supporting the external and internal representation of TrueCare across all organizational levels.

This role coordinates, executes, tracks, and analyzes internal / external communications and supports strategic organizational goals and cross-functional collaboration across the organization.

The Communications Manager manages storytelling and content strategy for internal and external campaigns through various traditional and digital channels and promotions materials, including newsletters, press releases, media monitoring reports and more.

This includes collaborating closely with other departments and stakeholders, as well as collaborating with outside agencies and partners.  Duties & Responsibilities :

• Content Creation & Distribution : Lead strategic planning and development of creative content with attention to detail to be used in staff and public / patient-facing content such as leadership presentations, blogs, web pages, press releases, emails, video scripting, advertising, social media, newsletters, text messaging, and other communications programs.
• Ensure alignment between patient and employee-facing content.
