In product management, you will be the general manager of commercial and internal products. You will sit at the intersection of the business, user experience, and the technologies that solve our customer and end-user problems; confirming they meet market demands and drive business growth. You will design, develop and manage activities for a specific product or group of products from product definition and planning through production, release, and end of life. Your involvement will last throughout all stages of a product's lifecycle including modifications, upgrades, maintenance of the product or product line. For commercial products, it also includes commercialization, go-to-market planning, sales, and other key business support activities.

As part of the Software and Product Innovation team you will define and execute innovative product strategies while driving AI-enabled capabilities across platforms. As a Senior Manager you will lead large projects, innovate processes, and maintain operational excellence while interacting with clients at a significant level to drive project success. What You Must Have

Bachelor's Degree.

At least 7 years of experience in product management, with experience delivering SaaS, AI-enabled, or technology-driven platforms.

Master's Degree in Computer Science, Business Studies, Engineering, Project & Business Management preferred.

Demonstrating in-depth abilities as a team leader.

Driving innovation with AI-enabled capabilities.

Overseeing end-to-end product lifecycle management.

Building client feedback loops to enhance user satisfaction.

Managing third-party vendor relationships effectively.

Promoting AI-driven product thinking for ethical adoption.

Supporting governance structures for innovation and compliance.

Experience in product lifecycle management and enterprise SaaS delivery.

Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this position is : $124,000 - $280,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
