This role is responsible for supporting reporting and operational needs across the organization. Responsibilities include designing solutions and documenting changes; testing updates, improving efficiency, and applying AI where beneficial; and partnering with cross-functional teams to manage shifting priorities while communicating clearly with clients. The position requires working independently, solving problems quickly, and delivering clean, reliable outcomes. Strong proficiency in Smartsheet and Microsoft Office is required to develop and maintain solutions. This position ideally will be based in Stamford, CT and in office four days per week. We will consider remote candidates who are an excellent fit with our requirements.
