POSITION OVERVIEW

TITLE : Payroll Compliance Specialist - Commercial Services

LOCATION : 6970 S 6th Street Oak Creek, WI 53154

REPORTS TO : Payroll Manager

EMPLOYEE : Part Time, Non-Exempt (25-28 hours)

KEY RESULT AREAS

• Time card Auditing
• Perform daily review of time card entries in the ADP time system.
• Compare scheduled hours to actual hours worked.
• Identify and escalate discrepancies or exceptions that may lead to unnecessary labor costs.
• Ensure compliance with internal payroll policies and federal / state labor regulations.

Technical Skills - Proficiency in Excel and comfort navigating timekeeping and payroll platforms.
