Service Cashier/Receptionist
Job Summary : Parker Subaru is looking to add a new team member to help ensure the service department and dealership continue to run smoothly.
This position will be cross trained to perform receptionist, administrative, and cashier duties. Industry Leading Benefits We Offer :

Responsibilities :
- Handle the main service phone line
- Assist customers with scheduling service appointments
- Greet customers and help them check out from their appointment
- Administrative, office and computer work
- Close repair order tickets and balance the cash register
- Learn to overcome objections and thrive within challenging situations
Requirements :
- 1+ year of customer service and / or reception experience
- Customer service focused, friendly, enthusiastic and dependable
- Flexible schedule some evenings and weekends required
- Able to multi-task, prioritize and handle fast paced environments
- Willing to submit to a background check and drug screenings
- Valid drivers license with a good driving record
