Job descriptionOutpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapy Office , independently PT owned private practice We are an indepedent Physical Therapy office that operates in the ApexNetwork . At Advantage Physical Therapy, we value our therapists and assistants as an integral part of our operation. We provide a full range of services for clients with orthopedic problems, work related injuries, sport injuries and various neuromuscular and neurological conditions. Our primary focus is to listen to the needs of our patient’s and prioritize what’s important to them through a customized treatment plan. We are currently looking for a motivated and enthusiastic therapist to join team as a Physical Therapist Assistant. Treat Ambulatory Patients in an Outpatient setting Assist therapists with physical therapy daily treatments per therapist’s plan of care Work directly with patients to achieve maximum physical recovery Collaborate with other team personnel to achieve well-rounded care Majority Patient Mix : Orthopedic, Sports based Rehab, Gait / Balance Training High Job Satisfaction Ratings : Work in an environment that you actually enjoy going to work and helping people What it takes : Passion and dedication to patient education and personal growth Ability to handle physical workload Strong ability to build rapport with patients Good written and verbal communication skills Qualifications : Graduate from a CAPTE accredited Physical Therapy Assistant Program. A Physical Therapist Assistant currently licensed in Florida (or able to expeditiously begin licensing process) Powered by JazzHR
