Job description
A company is looking for a Risk Adjustment Medical Record Scheduling & Imaging Technician.
Key Responsibilities
Load medical records into the coding system and link to appropriate chart IDs
Schedule appointments with provider offices and request medical record submissions
Conduct quality assurance activities on received medical records
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience working in a clinical setting (physician practice, hospital, insurance company, etc.)
Familiarity with EMR systems and medical record acquisition processes
At least one year of administrative experience in a clinical setting
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
