💼 What We Offer :

Competitive Pay : $28-$37 / hr

Consistent Schedule : Full-time, 12-hour shifts (6 PM - 6 AM), 3 days per week

Weekend Balance : Just 4 weekend shifts per month

Career Growth : Nursing Tuition Reimbursement - up to $500 / month toward further nursing education or repayment of past nursing education

🩺 What You'll Do :

Order and manage medications, equipment, and supplies as prescribed

Prepare and administer treatments and medications per physician orders

Notify physicians and family members of resident condition changes

Provide skilled nursing services such as tube feedings, suction, catheterization, wound care, and irrigations as necessary

Monitor and provide continuous observation for seriously ill residents

Advocate for residents, ensuring care aligns with their care plans and personal wishes

Complete required documentation and charting accurately and on time

Deliver compassionate, professional care to geriatric residents requiring 24 / 7 support
