Senior Manager - Higher Education Consulting

A company is looking for a Senior Manager for Higher Education Technical Consulting.

Key Responsibilities :

Act as a lead consultant on multiple client engagements

Support clients during design, configuration, testing, and production efforts

Provide exceptional customer service to build lasting relationships with clients

Required Qualifications :

5+ years of Workday functional implementation experience

Workday Partner Certification in Integrations or Workday Student required

Previous AMS / Production Support experience preferred

Bachelor's degree or relevant experience

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
