Job descriptionMinimum 5 years of experience in marketing, specifically within restaurant groups. Proven track record of managing direct reports. Strong expertise in budget management and ROI reporting. Proficient in digital marketing strategies, including CRM, SEO / SEM, social media, influencer marketing, PR, promotions, and events. Strong ability to interpret analytics and pivot strategies accordingly. Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Asana / Basecamp, HubSpot (or similar CRM), Google Ads, and Meta Ads. Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and InDesign is preferred. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement. Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals to achieve departmental goals. Analyze market trends and performance metrics to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments. Oversee budget allocation and ROI reporting to ensure effective use of resources. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute promotional events and campaigns.
