What You'll Do As a Case Manager
- Oversee and execute tasks outlined in Joint Stipulations or Court Orders with precision and efficiency
- Apply analytical skills and attention to detail to manage class action settlement cases
- Coordinate with Operations, Programming, Mailing, Claims, and Call Center teams for seamless case administration
- Ensure all documentation and processes are accurate and completed in a timely
- Communicate effectively with our attorneys and clients
- Maintain accurate records and databases of all settlement activities
- Handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously through excellent multitasking and prioritization skills
