Industrial Sr. Project Manager

What You'll Do
- Manage orders from quotation, purchase order to final billing including drawings, expediting change order and billing resolution.
- Create and maintain assigned project orders in Eclipse.
- Create submittals and O&M's.
- Manage project purchase order process with vendors.
- Expedite all assigned project orders.
- Constantly monitor and report on progress of project to all stakeholders via project status reports and updates.
- Identify, analyze, and solve critical problems.
- Manage project budgets while ensuring timely and accurate invoices and billing.
- Serve as an information center for technical information and consult with the sales team on proper application of products if applicable.
- Process all project change orders and customer returns on assigned projects.
- Maintain accurate and up to date job folders for all assigned projects.
- Multitask and continually prioritize tasks to be completed throughout the day.
- Perform all functions necessary to meet and exceed customer service standards.
- Work with accounting to reconcile and close out project at completion.
What You Bring
A college degree and / or equivalent industry experience is requested.10 plus years of experience in EPC and large CAPEX work with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.High knowledge of project execution planning, client relations, and communications.Strong written, oral communications and organizational skills.Strong business acumen in project planning and management.Detail oriented with excellent time management skills.Able to multi-task within a fast-paced environment.Self-motivated, positive attitude with strong customer service skills.Self-starter who can work independently with little supervision.Able to do material take-offs from electrical and one-line drawings.Computer proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Acrobat, CRM platforms, along with the ability to master in house platforms.Crawford is a subsidiary of Sonepar USA.
