Principal Systems Analyst

We have an immediate opening for a Principal Systems Analyst who will support the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) in Colorado Springs, CO.
Key Responsibilities
- Support planning and execution of MDA tests, exercises, and demonstrations
- Coordinate, develop and refine technical requirements necessary to develop Operational and Systems Architectures
- Providing technical guidance and support for ongoing Joint Tactical Integrated Fire Control and Automated Battle Management Aid efforts
- Develop strategy to implement Joint All-Domain Command and Control (JADC2) with other MDA architecture developments, including Hypersonic Missile Defense, Ballistic Missile Defense, Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) and Cruise Missile Defense of the Homeland (CMD-H). Coordinate with Integrated Project Teams (IPTs) on overall activities required to support various DoD agencies.
- Build Long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Brief technical requirements and architectures to high-ranking Service and MDA stakeholders
Requirements
Demonstrated ability to plan and execute complex system of systems integration efforts from initial concept definition through integration and test incorporating complex threat scenarios.At least 20 years related systems engineering experience, preferably with MDATechnical experience with Army Integrated Air & Missile Defense (IAMD) Battle Command System (IBCS), or Navy Cooperative Engagement Capability (CEC)Technical experience with Army, Navy or Marine Corps radars and fire control networksTechnical Experience in Command, Control, Battle Management Communications (C2BMC), integrated air and missile defense, air battle management, and / or air base air defenseProven problem-solving skills and effective verbal and written communication skillsAbility to travel 20-25% of the timeSecret Security Clearance - TS / SCI preferredBachelor's degree or equivalent experienceMust be US Citizen
