- Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries and concerns through phone, email, and in-person interactions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Process insurance policy changes, renewals, and payments in the system to meet policyholder needs efficiently.
- Guide customers through the insurance claims process and assist in expediting claim resolution for a seamless experience.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to promote cross-selling of insurance products and enhance customer loyalty.
- Maintain records and documentation to comply with company policies and regulatory requirements for all States where we do business.
- Attentive in all trainings.
- Maintain all necessary licensing. Qualifications :
- At least 2 years of customer service experience is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are a must.
- Must type 40+ words per minute.
- Must be authorized to work in the US. Compensation : $35,000 - $40,000
